How to Add and Manage an Asset (Well, Site, Battery)

Adding an Asset

1. On the top nav menu Click Assets, then select with asset type you would like to view: for example select WellSpace.

2. All saved asset type (wells) will appear in table view.

3. To add a new well, click on the green button.

4. On the side panel fill in all the information, and then click the green button.

5. The saved Well will appear in table view.


Managing an Asset

1. To view the asset page, click on it.

2. The selected Well page includes:

a. Feed (Any Dialogue or status updates associated with the Asset)

b. Related (Any Sites or Resources related to the Asset)

c. Issues (Any Issues associated with the Asset)

d. Attachments (Any pdfs or photos associated with the Asset)

e. Scheduling (Gantt Chart view showing the scheduled issues or resources of the Asset)

f. Production Data (Production Data of the Asset)
