How to Create and Manage Issues

Creating an Issue

1. Click on Issues located on the top nav menu in between Campaigns and Assets.

2. All of the Issues appear in table view.

3. To add a new Issue, click on the button.

4. On the right side of the screen a side panel will open to Create the Issue.

5. Fill in all the required information, and click on the button.

6. The saved Issue will appear in the table view.


Managing Issues

1. If you want to see issues in kanban board format, click on the table button.

2. Select the kanban  button.

3. Issues will appear in kanban board format.

4. To view an issue, click on the one you want to see.

5. The Issue page includes:

a. Feed (Any Dialogue or status updates associated with the Issue)

b. Related (Anything related to the Issue)

c. Attachments (Any pdfs or photos associated with the Issue)
