How to fill a form in WellTender

Step by step on how to fill out a form in WellTender

1. On the Home Screen, if there is a request to fill out a form it will appear like this below

2. Select it to fill out the form

1. If you need to access a form to fill, click on the center ResNet menu button

2. Scroll down in features to the bottom where forms are located and select it

3. Select whatever form you want to fill

4. On the selected form, fill in the options and then hit submit
